Mrs. Brittany McKenzie

Hi!, 

My name is Brittany McKenzie. I was raised all over the United States, as well as overseas, due to my mother's career in the Air Force. I attended 4 different schools before I graduated at Houston County High School in Warner Robins, Georgia. I attended Troy University and graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Broadcast Journalism and minored in Public Relations. I married my college best friend,and together we have two beautiful girls. I am also blessed to be a bonus mom to a pretty amazing young lady.

After exploring and working with children as an instructional and Special Education Aide at Rucker Blvd Elementary school for four years.I interned at EEEC in Kindergarten for 16 weeks, and accepted many jobs as a long term substitute teacher, before earning my Masters Degree in Elementary Education. This is my second year teaching Kindergarten here at Harrand Creek and I absolutely LOVE it!

I enjoy reading, watching movies, shopping, fishing, spending time with my family and friends, and finding new and exciting ways to teach my beloved KinderCampers!

I cannot wait to meet my wonderful little friends this year! Welcome Campers!!
